Shipping process

Delivery times may vary depending on the products and merchandise purchased, their availability and the logistics used at the destination.
It is important to highlight that the Holder has no control over the delivery and distribution times of the products once they arrive at their destination. Cancellations, claims or refunds are not accepted for issues related to delivery times, this process is outside our area of ​​responsibility, without any liability for damages attributable to the Holder.
In all cases, the Client is responsible for compliance with customs regulations and compliance with the Import Laws of the selected destination.

Reception Process


The delivery will be considered made at the moment in which the carrier has made the products available to the Customer and the latter has signed the delivery receipt document.

Refund and returns

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to customerservice@solerlifetech.com and we will assist you in your process according to your case. We will provide you with all the necessary information and the appropriate address so that you can mail and return your item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gifter decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gifter and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.

User obligations

The Holder reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with the defense of said claim.

Final provisions


These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, in the event of any claim arising from this contract or from the products and services that we offer in this Virtual Store, you accept that the courts of the United States of America shall have jurisdiction over any such claim.
